Kwinana Marketplace Supermarket Extension

The Kwinana Marketplace Supermarket Extension involves the demolition of an existing part of the shopping centre to allow for the long awaited arrival of Coles Supermarket to the Marketplace.

This project also involves the inclusion of a new Liquorland and tenants, along with existing mall and tenancy modification works. New works also involve loading dock modifications, car park alterations and addition of shade sails to specific car park areas. The new Coles Supermarket design ties in cohesively with the existing development and will bring new and former customers to the Marketplace.
