KPA was engaged by a local family to assist with consolidating the IGA Xpress and IGA Harvest stores in Exmouth into a single, unified building. We delivered a comprehensive Master Plan for the redevelopment, managing the consultant team through concept design, Development Approval, full documentation, and tendering to secure the Building Permit.

Crucial to the project’s success, KPA Director Todd Paterson instrumentally navigated negotiations with the Shire of Exmouth, the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, and the Water Corporation of WA, successfully securing vital loading dock access and car parking exemptions for the client.
