ALDI Bunbury

KPA Architects were commissioned to document and project manage the ALDI Bunbury project which was completed in early July 2017.

ALDI stores are currently expanding into the WA market and Bunbury is a premium opportunity to roll out. The site is set on the corner of Edward and Spencer Streets with extensive street frontage and close proximity to the Bunbury CBD, all civic and commercial amenities are within walking distance.

This site was the former home of St John of God Hospital, upon completion the store will provide local customers another alternative for their shopping needs.
