Vasse Shopping Centre

The new Vasse Shopping Centre and petrol station, situated in the village centre of Vasse Estate in South West WA, have been granted Development Approval based on KPA’s design and documentation for Coles Property Group.

The local area provided inspiration in abundance, with architectural influences taken from the Busselton beach and jetty area, the iconic modern winery architecture of the South West region, organic rural/vineyard elements, the adjacent Busselton to Flinders Bay Rail Trail and traditional main street architectural style.  The intended result was an eclectic, village-style aesthetic, serving as an anchor and catalyst for future development along the main street, enhancing amenity for locals and providing a destination for visitors to the greater area.
