Clare joined KPA in 2002 and has worked on a range of projects including Aged Care, Retirement Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Petroleum, Retail, Commercial, Residential and Interior Design. Clare is involved in various stages of projects from design, authority approvals, contract documentation, contract administration and project management. She has a keen interest for interior design, proficient in documentation and has an eye and strive for a high quality of finish in projects.

She is also a Liveable Housing Australia Design Guideline Assessor, which involves certifying current and future homes and assessing how a home can be better designed to suit a resident’s abilities.

Todd has been with KPA since 1998, working on a range of projects across several sectors including Aged Care, Retirement Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, as well as large Retail projects, and Industrial.

With a keen interest in sustainable design, he’s travelled extensively across five continents studying the various models available to his clients. He has also sat on numerous boards and committees over his career, helping to shape policy and give back to the community. This wealth of experience helps steer KPA clients’ projects to successful delivery.

Peter joined KPA Architects in 2014 as a Senior Draftsperson and Documentation Manager, where he has proven to be a valuable member providing sound construction knowledge and aiding in all areas of project documentation and control.

Over his career he has gained a wealth of experience across a range of industry sectors including Aged Care, Retirement Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Retail, and Industrial. Peter has facilitated the successful delivery of projects ranging from design development right through to contract documentation, including development applications, building permits, and design & construct projects, and has a sharp eye for quality and standards.
