Creating new housing for people to enjoy retirement is core business at KPA Architects. We have participated in 17 major projects in Perth and regional WA, including Bethanie Gwelup Retirement Village, which won the inaugural Property Council of Australia’s Retirement Living Innovation Award in 2017. An exciting new project for KPA is the Collie Riverview Retirement Village in South-West WA, designed to deliver smart contemporary living in a pristine regional setting.
