KPA Architects Wins Finalist Award at the Eldercare Innovation Awards

Todd Paterson received, on behalf of the KPA Architects team, the Finalist Award at the Eldercare Innovation Awards for Ageing Asia, in Singapore on the 27th of April 2016.

The Award was part of the category ‘Best Silver Architecture – Residential – Universal design with social, health and wellness engagement spaces in residential communities’. It was awarded for our Peel Stage 2 Project for Bethanie Group, a two storey Senior Community Housing building which provides 98 one and two bedroom apartments.

Our design philosophy was to provide a master planning and design concept that recognises the physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs and aspirations of retirees, and the financial and long term economic development considerations.

Congratulations also goes out to the Bethanie Group Inc and WA Housing Authority.

This is a great achievement in a strong international field and we are very proud to receive this award.
