KPA Win Finalist Award for Bethanie Gwelup at the 6th Eldercare Innovation Awards 2018

KPA Architects are proud to announce our project Bethanie Gwelup won Finalist Award for ‘Best Silver Architecture – In-Operations’ at the 6th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2018. The awards were held in Singapore on the 15th and 16th of May with entrants from around the world participating. A great achievement for the project and we congratulate The Bethanie Group, PACT Construction, the design consultant team and all parties involved for their hard work and efforts. We also congratulate all finalists and winners of each category.

Bethanie Gwelup is an innovative “campus style model” where residential aged care living is cohesively linked to the apartment living. The concept behind this model is to allow for a ‘Continuum of Care,’ something that Bethanie are committed to delivering to their residents. The development comprises of 112 high care and dementia bedrooms with ensuites, 68 assisted living (retirement) apartments, the Lake Gwelup Christian Church and community facilities.
